Primeiro, começou-se desenhando a mão livre os traços básicos do banco. Desta vez, o "alvo" foi um desenho do Batman, feito por Jim Lee em 2001. Eu gosto muito do estilo traço de Jim Lee, estilo este que foi imitado (e muito) por vários desenhistas. &lt;/span&gt;    &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;A ferramenta mais utilizada neste desenho foi, sem sombra de dúvidas, a Preenchimento de Malha Interativo. Eu mal utilizava esta ferramenta, a este vetor serviu muito para conhecer melhor as suas possibilidades; esta ferramenta auxiliou bastante na criação das etapas de degradê mais complexas que compõem os brilhos e sombras. Além dela, claro, o Bézier, para criar os traços e curvas. &lt;/span&gt;    &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Para desenhar este Batman, levei entre 25 e 30 horas. Claro, não fiz isso "corrido"; fui dando vida ao desenho pouco à pouco... Primeiro, desenhei o fundo preto, que serviu de base para todo o desenho. Então, fui começando, apartir da cabeça, a desenhar e definir as cores, o brilho e as sombras de cada vetor que compôs o desenho, até chegar na capa; Este meu procedimento, funciona basicamente como um mosaico, onde eu "monto" as partes sobre o fundo preto. Assim, economizo na criação de traços. Então, ao fim, adicionei alguns traços e detalhes. &lt;/span&gt;    &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;O software utilizado foi o CorelDraw11!. E novamente, este me mostrou vários problemas. Vocês podem ver, claramente, tanto no ombro, no joelho e na parte de baixo da capa que o mesmo não conseguiu definir áreas completamente pretas ou definir a transição com qualidade do degredê até o preto; Isso ocorreu apenas quando se utiliza a ferramenta Preenchimento de Malha Interativo. Apesar de ter ficado muito bom, eu, pessoalmente, ainda achei muito artificial, mas mesmo assim ainda o acho uns 75% "real". O que ajudou um pouco para dar este aspecto de "realidade" ao desenho foram as ferramentas de edição / malha de degradê, porque os traços mesmo são poucos, sendo apenas 5 vetores. Para dar um efeito ainda mais tridimensional, utilizei os efeitos de lentes, neste caso, a olho de peixe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;O software utilizado foi o CorelDraw11, que me mostrou uma de suas "particularidades" (para não dizer falhas): Notem que, na junção entre a bola e sua sombra, na parte inferior esquerda do desenho, existe uma espécie de "traço" esbranquiçado que "envolve" a bola. Tal traço aparece quando utilizamos algum efeito de lente, e diminue bastante a qualidade final do trabalho. Como dito anteriomente, para simular os degradês mais complexos, foram usadas várias formas com a gradação de cor, de forma a dar as sensações de tridimensionalidade e volume necessárias. O trabalho completo possui 608 vetores. Este, provavelmente, será um dos meus últimos trabalhos no CorelDraw!11. Desta vez, temos aqui uma imagem mostrando o aramado do desenho. Aramado, neste caso, são todos os contornos de todas as formas envolvidas no desenho; De forma a mostrar como todos os traços e formas interagem para  a definição do conjunto. Podemos ver, assim, que alguns degradês tem que se construidos através de formas sobrepostas, uma limitação do software em questão, no caso o CorelDraw!11. Temos aqui, os contornos e alguns detalhes de um desenho em vetor de Haomaru, personagem do jogo/mangá Samurai Shodown. Este está sendo realizado no Corel Draw 11, e será praticamente todo feito neste software; Talvez, ao fim, apenas adicione uma sombra ou algum efeito no Adobe Photoshop, mas a construção dos traços e a colorização será toda no CD11. A vetorização de rostos é uma das técnicas mais buscadas por aqueles que admiram as "artes digitais". A composição de um rosto é muito mais do que simples formas aglomeradas; É um conjunto de traços e formas que tem que estar em perfeita sintonia para a correta representação da imagem / foto. Um traço mal colocado ou um volume mal posicionado pode deixar a foto estranha e confusa. Neste trabalho, eu utilizei apenas os recursos básicos de vetorização do Adobe Photoshop, como a PEN TOOL e o controle de opacidade das camadas. "Vetorizar" um desenho ou imagem consiste na transformação das formas da figura em vetor. Para que serve isto? Bem, uma imagem, normalmente, é distribuida em diversos formatos, tais como .JPG, .BMP, entre outros. Estes formatos, constroem a imagem atráves de pixels. No entanto, quando superdimensionamos tais imagens, os pixels ficam claramente aparentes, o que faz com que a imagem perca muito de sua qualidade e de sua nitidez. Onde entra a imagem vetorizada? Se quisermos uma imagem que possa ser redimensionada sem problemas, ou seja, que possa ter praticamente qualquer dimensão, que possa ser usada desde para uma demonstração num site ou para a impressão de um adesivo para uma carroceria de caminhão, deve-se usar uma imagem vetorizada, que informa ao software as formas e linhas através de equações matemáticas, e não através de um mapa de pixels. A ferramenta mais comum de vetorização é a Suite de Aplicativos CorelDraw!. No entanto, a Adobe também possui uma ferramenta semelhante, o Adobe Illustrator. Uma pintura digital "simples", porém, trabalhada de modo a ser "realista" e próxima aos estilo de colorização dos quadrinhos. Eu executei todo o procedimento de criação e "desenho" no próprio Adobe Photoshop, além, é claro, da pintura do mesmo, onde utilizei as ferramentas básicas de pintura e de edição de camadas, além de alguns poucos filtros. Tentei adotar uma perspectiva agressiva do martelo, mostrando o máximo de detalhes possíveis. Além disto, o fundo branco possibilita um maior contraste e a visualização da sombra do martelo.
